Clean the fish. Add a little water to SAVITHA FISH MASALA Powder and make the paste. Apply this masala paste on the fish and marinate for 30 minutes. Deep fry or shallow fry on moderate flame. Serve hot and garnish with onion, coriander leaves and lime wedges.

Clean 1 kg chicken & cut, squeeze the water out. Now add SAVITHA CHICKEN KEBAB MASALA POWDER along with 4 raw eggs, 30 gm of ginger garlic paste and mix well. Apply this paste to chicken pieces and marinate for 30 minutes. Deep fry on moderate flame till done. Serve hot, garnish with freshly chopped onions, mint or coriander leaves.
